Welcome to the first day of your nutrition journey! Congratulations, you have made the decision to improve your health and change your life. Here are some guiding principles to

get you started on the right path!


1.Fitness is a journey- enjoy the process. Everyone starts somewhere. We all

had a first day.

2.Fitness is a lifestyle. Nutrition is a lifestyle- There are no quick fixes.

3.Consistency, consistency, consistency. What you do the most is all that

matters.

4.Eat whole foods most of the time.

5.Include protein, carbohydrates and fats at every meal.

6.More muscle= less fat.

7.Focus on performance, aesthetics will come.

8.Exercise because you can.

9.Eat out rarely.

10. The calorie is only one measurement
