had a first day.
2.Fitness is a lifestyle. Nutrition is a lifestyle- There are no quick fixes.
3.Consistency, consistency, consistency. What you do the most is all that
matters.
4.Eat whole foods most of the time.
5.Include protein, carbohydrates and fats at every meal.
6.More muscle= less fat.
7.Focus on performance, aesthetics will come.
8.Exercise because you can.
9.Eat out rarely.
